  • You can reach out via the contact form on this page. I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours to help you get started on your fitness journey as soon as possible.

  • After our initial consultation, we can usually schedule your first session within a week, depending on availability. Let me know your preferred times, and we’ll find a slot that works for you.

  • My studio is open Monday to Friday during set hours, with flexibility to accommodate client needs. While I don’t offer regular weekend sessions, I can occasionally make exceptions based on availability. Please enquire for specifics.

  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and the terms of the package you’ve purchased. I also offer flexible rescheduling policies to accommodate changes in your schedule.

  • Yes! If you’re unable to visit the studio, I offer virtual consultations and online training sessions. These are great for staying consistent with your fitness goals, no matter where you are.
