Langlands Health & Fitness are a personal training and nutrition coaching company based in East Lothian. We cover the whole of the county, as well as most of Edinburgh. We believe that given the right motivation and an individually tailored psychological as well as physical coaching approach, people are more than capable of achieving and then exceeding their own expectations in terms of fitness. Our aim, and our skill comes in drawing from that inner strength and helping each client tap into their own well of determination in order to reach that point.

My professional background spans education and the outdoor industry, where my passion for fitness and well-being has always been a guiding light. Having engaged in a diverse array of sports—from competitive rugby to cycling, surfing, tennis, golf, and various forms of endurance racing—I've personally navigated the challenges of maintaining a healthy lifestyle amidst demanding work schedules, particularly during my tenure as a teacher.

My entrepreneurial journey included operating a cycle tour company, a venture that not only rekindled my love for active living but also highlighted the transformative impact of personal well-being. This experience motivated me to advance my expertise by becoming a Master Trainer, certified by the European Institute of Fitness. My upbringing in a medically-focused family, with both parents in the medical profession, reinforced my conviction in the preemptive value of health and wellness.

I am a staunch believer in the transformative potential of regular physical activity and proper nutrition. By offering targeted support and guidance, I am committed to aiding individuals in their journey towards a healthier, more fulfilling life. My approach is rooted in the belief that with the right support, everyone can achieve their wellness goals.
