If you are really determined to achieve your fitness goals, then 1-to-1 personal training is the way to go. You will receive a fully personalised training and nutrition plan and have Al’s focus and support for the entirety of your program. Motivational phone calls and text messages – outwith the training sessions – are all part of the service.
We are determined to help you become a fitter, healthier individual and will provide you with all the tools you need to get there. The will and the determination must come from you however. Don’t worry though, we will help you find and channel that strength of character.
Speaking of tools; as well as a training program, nutritional audit and plan, fitness appraisal and in-person motivational coaching, we also give you access to our exclusive iOS and Android app – which includes:
Health assessment results and progress tracking tool.
Motivational goal-setting and habit-building tool.
Ongoing provision of relevant articles and downloads to aid your progress.
Video-based at-home training programs to be completed between sessions.
Continuous support through a private messaging service – connected directly to your PT.
Work out at home, in the garden, in the park or the beach. Wherever is easiest for you, is easiest for us. The important thing is to be comfortable in your surroundings, as that will allow you to focus fully on the exercise and therefore reap the most benefit from your personal training program. We carry all the equipment we will need for each session, you decide the venue.

Note: We don’t offer payment by session as we believe you should pay for a result, rather than the odd hour here or there which may but probably won’t achieve anything. We believe in offering certainty, and at the end of the day we live and die by our results. If you are prepared to commit to a structured personal training program with us then you will achieve your fitness goals.
