If you are looking for a structure to work to, designed specifically for your own needs and goals, this is where to start.
You will receive a fully personalised training and nutrition plan and have Al’s focus and support for the entirety of your program.
Your training will be guided and recorded through our own LHF iOS and Android app – which includes:
Health assessment results and progress tracking tool.
Motivational goal-setting and habit-building tool.
Video-based at-home training programs to be completed between sessions.
Continuous support through a private messaging service – connected directly to your PT.
This allows for you to maintain your training frequency and accountability even when you’re away from the studio.
The LHF App
To further support your progress, I have now introduced 3D infrared body scanning with the addition of the Styku X2 Pro to the Studio.
This amazing machine provides the most accurate body composition analysis out with of a lab situation. No need for the guesswork and inaccuracy of measuring tapes and weight scales any more.
LHF is amongst the first in the UK to have access to this ground-breaking technology.

You’ll need comfortable workout clothing, supportive training shoes, and a water bottle. If you prefer, you can also bring your own yoga mat. I’ll provide all the equipment you’ll need for the session.

The frequency depends on your goals, fitness level, and schedule. Most clients train with me 2-3 times per week for optimal results, combined with some independent workouts or active recovery on other days. During your consultation, we’ll create a plan that works best for you.

I specialize in one-on-one personal training to provide personalised attention and tailored workouts. However, I do offer small group training sessions if you’d like to train with a friend or partner. Let me know your preferences, and we can discuss options.
