Al Langlands
For two decades, I've worked with a diverse range of people across East Lothian, spanning from teenagers to 90 year olds, high-level athletes to weight-loss clients and individuals training for their first marathon. More recently I’ve focused on golf fitness and the benefits and challenges the sport can bring - especially with regards to mobility and power.
My greatest skill is in developing strong relationships with each client to uncover and foster their intrinsic motivation, a key ingredient in their success. I use an analytical approach to gauge where the initial gains can be made, helping to provide that boost in motivation we all need. With my guidance, my clients achieve their goals, no matter what their age, ability or experience.
Personal Training
The LHF Studio is located in Archerfield Village, between North Berwick and Gullane. The gym is fully stocked, allowing me to cater for all of my clients’ needs and ensure I can program effectively for them, whether that is for specific performance aims or just a desire to improve overall health and fitness.
Over the last two decades I’ve developed extensive experience in coaching clients with diverse goals, ranging from high-level and recreational golfers, team sports athletes, ultra-endurance and marathon racers, weight loss clients, and even the maintenance of quality of life after a terminal illness diagnosis.
