For two decades, I've worked with a diverse range of people across East Lothian, spanning from teenagers to 90 year olds, high-level athletes to weight-loss clients and individuals training for their first marathon.
My greatest skill is in developing strong relationships with each client to uncover and foster their intrinsic motivation, a key ingredient in their success. With my guidance, my clients achieve their goals, no matter what their age, ability or experience.
